Academic Cytopathologists/Surgical Pathologist

Surgical Pathologist/Cytopathologist Location: Cleveland, Ohio (USA) The Department of Pathology at The MetroHealth System, a teaching affiliate of Case Western University School of Medicine, is recruiting a full‑time Anatomic Pathologist with fellowship training in Cytopathology. Candidates with additional qualifications in a surgical pathology subspecialty will be given priority consideration. This position comes with a faculty appointment at Case Western Reserve University, at a rank commensurate with experience. Compensation is competitive with an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities Provide a full range of pathology services to residents of Cuyahoga and neighboring counties. Teach residents and medical students. Contribute to clinical or translational research. Qualifications MD or DO degree. American Board of Pathology certification or eligibility in AP/CP or AP. Board‑certified or board‑eligible for the cytopathology boards.
