About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chair for its Department of Family Medicine. The successful candidate will be a strategic, collaborative, and inspirational leader with a strong background in advancing clinical care, education, community outreach, and research. This role is pivotal in the organization's commitment to community-based, comprehensive care, and the ideal candidate will have progressive leadership experience in an academic or large healthcare setting, a record of scholarly or teaching activity, and Board Certification in Family Medicine. The Chair will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of clinicians, including board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers, and will play a key role in the development and support of a highly regarded Family Medicine Residency Program.
