About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Dean for Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the development efforts within the organization. This includes overseeing fundraising activities, building and maintaining relationships with donors, and working closely with the academic and administrative leadership to advance the institution's mission. The role also involves strategic planning for development initiatives and ensuring that the organization's values and goals are effectively communicated to the external community. Applicants for the Associate Dean for Development position at the company should have a proven track record in fundraising and development, preferably in an academic or research setting. A deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape and experience in major gift solicitation is essential.
