Job Summary Fenwick is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting‑edge corporate practice serving companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature, publicly traded corporations. The firm has offices in Northern California, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C., and Boston. Responsibilities and Qualifications We are seeking mid‑to‑senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice focused on startup, venture capital and emerging company representation. The role will be based in our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, or Santa Monica offices. Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies is required. M&A and/or Capital Markets experience with such companies is a plus. Superior academic credentials. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. In‑house candidates are welcome provided they have previous law‑firm experience. Candidates must be barred in the jurisdiction for which they are applying or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Benefits and Compensation The anticipated range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000. Salary will be based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Base salary commensurate with market and experience. Discretionary bonus for eligible employees based on performance.
