Corporate Associate - Capital Markets and Public Companies Group

Job Description Summary Fenwick is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting‑edge corporate practice. The Capital Markets and Public Companies group seeks a mid‑senior level corporate associate with 4‑6 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks in the Bay Area, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington, D.C. Responsibilities Advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters. Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow‑on offerings. Provide counsel to technology and life‑sciences companies throughout all stages of development. Qualifications 4‑6 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks. In‑depth knowledge of SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters. Experience in capital market transactions (IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, follow‑ons). Affinity for technology and/or life‑sciences companies preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Must be admitted to the bar in the office location or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Benefits and Compensation The anticipated salary range is $310,000 – $390,000, plus a discretionary bonus based on performance.
