Senior Accountant
We are seeking a Senior Accountant who is adaptable, self-driven, and thrives working independently in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role will be instrumental in managing month-end close processes, cleaning up and maintaining accurate books, performing financial analysis, and ensuring journal entries are complete and correct. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of multiple entities within a dynamic and growing business.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the month-end close process across multiple entities
- Clean up and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring integrity across accounts
- Prepare and review journal entries for accuracy and compliance
- Perform financial analysis to provide insights for leadership decision-making
- Reconcile accounts and manage intercompany transactions
- Collaborate with leadership to improve reporting processes and efficiencies
- Utilize QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Excel to manage and analyze financial data
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as needed
- Support ad hoc projects as the company grows and evolves
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.), and Google Drive
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a creative industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience with multi-entity accounting highly preferred
