Patient Flow Coordinator

WakeMed Health & Hospitals is seeking a Patient Flow Coordinator, RN to facilitate admission, transfer, and bed planning for patients within the WakeMed system. This role collaborates with providers across facilities to ensure appropriate bed type, level of care, and status for all admissions. The coordinator will ensure compliance with utilization management regulations and coordinate with the Capacity and Transfer Management Center to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs system-wide. #J-18808-Ljbffr
