Regional Medical Director

We’re partnered with a locally rooted FQHC in California’s Central Valley that has built a financially stable, multi-service healthcare organization where people stay, leaders collaborate, and culture is the operating system.

The Regional Medical Director role will be a foundational asset expanding the operational leadership team.

This FQHC operates 10 clinic sites offering multiple service lines and diversified care delivery, contributing to strong financial footing and long-term sustainability. Growth has been intentional; ensuring that infrastructure, leadership, and culture scale together.

You’ll work hand in hand with a CMO who has been with the organization for over 15 years and will be committed to your success overseeing clinic operations at 5 sites . You’ll build strong relationships, drive accountability, and create a structure that enables provider success!

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution, MD or DO
• CA Medical License
• BC in area of Specialty
• 3-5 years of clinical experience (Primary Care/Outpatient)
• Provider supervisory experience, leadership education, or related experience
• FQHC or related experience with minority or underserved population
