Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured setting and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and supporting day-to-day office functions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of payments and transactions.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required by management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
