WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
• Talk with people and build trust-help new and existing customers find the right coverage (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
• Drive new business-follow up on referrals, reach out to leads, and identify opportunities to help more families
• Guide customers through the process-walk them through options, applications, and renewals clearly and confidently
• Own your relationships-keep accurate records and follow through so customers feel taken care of
• Partner with the team-work alongside our office to deliver a smooth, top-notch customer experience

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need an insurance license to apply-we'll help you get one.

We're looking for someone who has:
• Great people skills and loves building rapport
• Drive and consistency (you stay motivated without being micromanaged)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Prior sales, customer service, or client-facing experience (a plus)
• Spanish/English bilingual (bonus)-Port St. Lucie is a diverse community
