ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Sarah has over 25 years of experience as a State Farm Agent. Our office has been proudly serving Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach and the surrounding communities for 12 years. We currently have 14 team members. We offer the following benefits: retirement, group life, and in office promotions. Our team is close knit and family oriented.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sarah Mclendon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
