Benefits Employee discounts Flexible schedule Training & development Wellness resources Opportunity for advancement Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs Free to use infrared saunas as much as you want Great working environment with snacks, beverages, and additional perks Shifts Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 PM to 8:30 PM Requirements A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Responsibilities Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain the facility clean and perform turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area When you’re ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let’s talk.
