Health benefits, including dental and vision options 401k and Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition assistance and pet insurance Fun, rewarding work in a visually inspiring workplace Family-oriented team environment with regular schedules What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative approach Maximize sales growth in a commission-based environment Process sales transactions, schedule deliveries, and handle after-sale service Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom Become an expert in our products and services through training Assist with store opening/closing procedures and support warehouse/delivery teams Who You Are 6 months to 2+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience encouraged Excellent communication and professional sales presentation skills Available to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, kneel, and use hand tools for assemblies High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in interior design or consulting is a plus Job Type: Full-time - Hourly/Non-Exempt Training wage: $18.45 - $22.00 / hr for three months. Paid Bi-Weekly! Post Training: Continuous base pay of $18.45, PLUS unlimited commission on sales! *Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours.
