Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $115K–$135K annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic direction of therapy services
• Supervise PT and PTA staff, providing evaluations for PTs and ensuring high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement therapy programs in inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Arkansas state and federal healthcare regulations
• Manage budgets, regulatory documentation, and team performance
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment while promoting staff development

What You Need:

• Active Arkansas PT License and NPI number
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• 2–5 years management experience in therapy services
• Strong communication, patient education skills, and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems (Trubridge/CPSI preferred)
• Ability to adapt to mixed inpatient/outpatient caseloads
• Vaccination requirements: flu shot and proof of vaccination
