Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy
Outpatient Pediatrics Early Intervention (Babies Can't Wait) Telehealth Opportunities Help Us Build the Practice Families Hope to Find. At Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy, we believe the best therapy begins with relationships. We believe children grow best when they feel safe, understood, and connected. We're not simply a place where children come to receive therapy—we're a place where children are known. Our multidisciplinary team provides individualized, play-based, neuro-affirming care that looks beyond diagnoses and isolated skills to support the whole child and the whole family. We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children participate more fully in everyday life through play, connection, collaboration, and evidence-informed care. Whether you're an experienced pediatric OT or a new graduate, you'll be welcomed by a team that believes mentorship, curiosity, humility, and kindness are just as important as clinical expertise. Why Clinicians Choose Chatterbox We know you have choices when it comes to where you build your career. At Chatterbox, we've intentionally created an environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, challenged, and encouraged to grow—because we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. Here, you'll find: A collaborative team of Occupational, Speech, Physical, and Music Therapists who genuinely enjoy learning from one another. Child-led, play-based, neuro-affirming, evidence-informed care. Strong mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. Paid administrative time through our hybrid compensation model. Dedicated administrative support for scheduling, insurance authorizations, and billing. A leadership team committed to transparency, servant leadership, and investing in people—not just productivity. A newly remodeled pediatric clinic with a large sensory gym and thoughtfully designed treatment spaces. Opportunities to expand your clinical interests while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. A Variety of Clinical Opportunities No two Occupational Therapists are exactly alike—and neither are our caseloads. We'll work with you to build a schedule that aligns with your interests, strengths, and professional goals. Depending on your preferences, opportunities may include: Outpatient pediatric therapy in our collaborative clinic Early Intervention services through Georgia's Babies Can't Wait program Therapy provided in children's natural environments Telehealth services, when appropriate Whether you're passionate about sensory integration, emotional regulation, feeding, executive functioning, fine motor development, self-care skills, or supporting infants and toddlers through Early Intervention, you'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful and rewarding career. What Does It Mean to Be an OT at Chatterbox It means having the opportunity to practice occupational therapy the way you envisioned when you chose this profession. You'll help children participate more fully in the things that matter most—from playing and learning to dressing, feeding, regulating, building relationships, communicating, and becoming more independent. You'll have access to a large sensory gym and a variety of therapeutic equipment, but we believe the most important therapy tool is understanding the child in front of you. We want our Occupational Therapists to bring both their clinical expertise and their creativity to every session. To ask thoughtful questions. To see possibility where others see challenges. To partner with families. To celebrate progress that isn't always measured on a standardized assessment. And to remember that meaningful participation—not perfection—is the goal. Who Thrives At Chatterbox Technical knowledge matters. Character matters just as much. The Occupational Therapists who thrive here naturally demonstrate the values that shape our culture. Appreciation You celebrate small victories and intentionally encourage children, families, and teammates. Service You believe serving children and families is both a privilege and a responsibility. Professional Growth You enjoy learning, asking questions, and continually growing as a clinician. Integrity You communicate honestly, take ownership of your work, and do what's right—even when no one is watching. Responsibility You understand that every member of the team contributes to our shared success and you're willing to jump in where needed. Empathy You look beyond behaviors to understand the child, support the family, and approach every interaction with compassion and respect. If these values resonate with you, you'll probably feel right at home here. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure as an Occupational Therapist Passion for working with children from birth through young adulthood Values a child-led, play-based, neuro-affirming approach Passionate about functional, meaningful occupational therapy Enjoys collaborating across disciplines Communicates openly and respectfully with families and teammates Dependable, compassionate, curious, and eager to learn New graduates are encouraged to apply. We believe exceptional clinicians are developed through mentorship, support, and curiosity—not simply years of experience. Our Hybrid Compensation Model We recognize that excellent occupational therapy doesn't begin and end when a treatment session does. Planning. Documentation. Caregiver coaching. Clinical reasoning. Team collaboration. These responsibilities are essential parts of helping children make meaningful progress. That's why our clinicians are compensated for both: Direct treatment time Administrative time, including documentation, treatment planning, caregiver education, collaboration, and other clinical responsibilities Because your expertise extends far beyond the minutes spent in the treatment room. Benefits Our full-time clinicians enjoy: Hybrid compensation model with paid treatment and paid administrative time Competitive compensation based on experience, credentials, and schedule Health reimbursement through QSEHRA 401(k) with employer match CEU reimbursement Licensure reimbursement Liability insurance Chromebook, Microsoft 365, and EMR access Extensive online continuing education library Mentorship from experienced clinicians Collaborative multidisciplinary team Opportunities in outpatient therapy, Babies Can't Wait Early Intervention, and telehealth Maybe We're the Right Fit... We know we're not the right fit for every clinician—and that's okay. If you're looking for a place where collaboration is expected, relationships come before productivity, families are true partners, and lifelong learning is part of the culture, we think you'll feel right at home. If you're looking for a team that values humility, curiosity, service, and excellence, we'd love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Chatterbox Pediatric Therapy
