Senior Marketing Specialist

Seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to join our team in Columbia, MO. Work in the center of the fun, dynamic growth marketing company and investment firm. We work closely with cross‑discipline teams to meet and exceed our investment and client goals. We would like you to be located around the Columbia, MO area. We have a flexible environment where most people work between 2 to 4 days in the office. We recently built a 3 acre office campus with amazing perks to create a great working environment. Every employee has their own private office with a window! The teammate will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts to achieve successful implementation of growth marketing campaigns – delivering strategies on goal, on budget and on time. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive content and digital strategies for client accounts. Execute paid media and search strategies for client accounts. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their goals. Delegate tasks to appropriate departments and coordinate execution of content projects. Keep projects on time and on budget; track and monitor progress with specialized software and spreadsheets. Conduct client check‑ins and complete status reports as needed. Actively stay ahead of trends and adapt to new and changing search platforms and products. Attend and contribute to brainstorming / ideation sessions. Proficient in Google Suite of applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides); advanced knowledge is a bonus. Knowledge of SEO and online analytics is a huge bonus.
