As this position reports directly to the COO, you are collaborative by nature and can listen to instructions yet you can put your own flair on the end solution. You like to solve problems for yourself and others. However, you are willing to also ask for help in order to resolve the issue at hand when necessary. You like to help others solve operational issues no matter how long it takes. You are organized and like "to-do" lists in order that nothing gets missed (the devil is in the details). As you will work with a team of other humans, you are not just a communicator, you are an over-communicator. You love procedures, writing them down, communicating them, and making sure everyone abides by them - lest they feel the wrath of your sword (metaphorically speaking, of course). Qualifications Ideally, you have at least 2+ years of experience in company operations. You should be extremely comfortable with web based technology and with computers in general (ideally - you are a nerd at heart). You can speak effectively to both mid-level and senior-level employees in order to convey you needs and to help solve problems in an efficient manner. You have experience writing concise and organized operational company procedures. Knowledge of organizational team structure, team dynamics, and project management is not a "must have", but will be a definite plus in this role.
