RV Sales Associate

COMPENSATION: $75,000-$150,000 annually Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential Paid training for the first four weeks THE ROLE: The Sales Associate engages customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a seamless, high-energy buying experience. This is a commission-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, customer satisfaction, and unlimited earning potential.
