New Century Construction is seeking a Customer & Operations Coordinator to support our kitchen and cabinet installation program.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and keeping projects organized from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule customer appointments and installations
• Coordinate with retail partners, customers, installers, and subcontractors
• Follow up with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist with sales support and customer communications
• Track project progress and maintain accurate records
• Close out completed projects and purchase orders
• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Assist with background checks and onboarding paperwork
• Organize files and improve office systems and processes
• Build and maintain relationships with stores, customers, and vendors
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
• Experience in sales, retail operations, customer service, or construction administration preferred
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
