What You'll Bring to the Team:

• 2+ years of solid experience in Personal Lines, customer service, and the insurance industry.
• Active Property and Casualty license
• Comprehensive understanding of various insurance products, markets, and ratings
• Proficient with the EPIC management system, Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other relevant software systems

The Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Personal Lines accounts, ensuring a positive client experience
• Drive business expansion through proactive renewal initiatives, effective cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities via outside sales efforts.
• Be a trusted client advisor, assisting with billing questions, claims, and complex coverage inquiries.
• Responsible for binding and checking of policies, efficiently managing requests for endorsements and claims, and coordinating marketing renewals.
• Thoroughly review insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compile data on insurance policy changes.
• Coordinate and oversee services, coverages, pricing, and proposals, expertly guiding clients.
