Staff Nurse

About This Role The Staff Nurse provides nursing care to a defined group of patients, adhering to established standards and policies. This role is ideal for individuals who are collaborative and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Highlights Pay: $44 - $81/hour Location: Seattle, WA What You'll Do Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients. Develop a written plan of care for patient needs and assist patients in developing health care goals. Provide nursing interventions safely and competently, including telephone consultations. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for specific age populations served. Initiate nursing admission database and discharge planning in collaboration with inpatient staff. Communicate patients' psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs in nurse-patient interactions. Develop an educational component for each nursing care plan and provide teaching/counseling. Integrate health promotion and preventive aspects of care with ongoing assessments. Adhere to documentation, safety, and infection control standards. Participate in continued education programs and nursing research.
