Perform all phases of repairs and modifications to semi-trailers in a safe and productive manner./ph3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED/lili3-5 years related experience/training required/liliAlways maintain a clean and safe work area./liliBe helpful and considerate to co-workers and customers./liliMaintain a professional appearance./liliMaintain verbal and written communications as required./liliRequires the ability to operate a cell phone and personal computer/liliRequires the use of electric hand tools used for cutting aluminum, wood and steel./li/ulh3Physical Environments/h3ulliNoise levels are moderate to high at times./liliThe physical exertion is moderate to heavy. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds./liliThe employee must be capable of continuously climbing up and down into a trailer./li/ulh3Job Duties/h3ulliPerform all types of welding (i.e. aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel)/liliPerform all styles of each phase of welding (i.e. tig, mig and arc)/liliPerform repair and modification on all styles of trailers as assigned/liliPerform repairs on Trailer Suspensions including heavy duty brakes, drums, cams, slack adjusters, chambers, air valves, etc./liliMaintain allocated time frame on all repairs and modifications/liliContribute to work assignment from acquired experience and knowledge/liliDiagnose and make recommendations on repairs as required/liliReceive all work assignments from Supervisor(s)/liliAttend training seminars as required/liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliQuarterly Profit Share/liliPerformance Bonus (up to $600 monthly)/liliPTO (2-weeks) and 8 Paid Holidays/liliMedical, Dental Vision Insurance/liliMatching 401K (Retirement Planning)/liliCompany uniforms provided/liliPrescription safety glasses and work boots program/liliNo weekends/li/ul/div
