Billing Supervisor

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Supervisor to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $115,000 to $125,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Supervise billing staff by providing training guidance and performance management support. Oversee billing workflows to ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule. Coordinate system setup and updates for billing processes while ensuring proper execution across cycles. Manage client account setup, maintain billing records, and resolve submission issues or discrepancies. Communicate with internal teams and clients to address billing questions and improve overall processes. Requirements Bring experience managing billing operations within a structured and deadline-driven environment. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with ability to guide and support team members effectively. Possess solid knowledge of billing systems, processes, and reporting requirements. Communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders including leadership and client contacts. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
