- Salesforce development and production support \n
- Apex, Flows, LWC, Aura, and Force.com \n
- Salesforce integrations, data migration, security, and customization \n
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Marketing Cloud \n
- Banking and financial services domain, including loan lifecycle knowledge \n
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and governor limits \n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills \n
Key Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Provide Salesforce production support and resolve complex technical issues within defined SLAs. \n
- Troubleshoot performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend solutions. \n
- Review code, improve system performance, and follow Salesforce best practices. \n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. \n
