Our client is a respected property management company looking for a maintenance tech who can work independently, take initiative, and keep the property operating smoothly. If you're the type of person who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done and enjoys a variety of maintenance tasks each day, we'd love to hear from you. Every Day Brings Something Different.

This is a full-time, on-site position. Here are some of the responsibilities:

• Completing apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents.
• Responding to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Performing basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliance repairs.
• Troubleshooting common maintenance issues and finding practical solutions.
• Completing preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Maintaining the appearance of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Working with vendors when specialized repairs are needed.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous apartment maintenance, handyman, facilities, construction, or related maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents.
• The ability to prioritize work and stay organized throughout the day.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Your own basic hand tools required.
