The practice serves as the regional perinatal center for the Upstate of SC. *About the Practice* The MFM Division is the primary referral and consultation service for the Upstate region and maintains a strong academic mission. Faculty members are actively involved in: * Teaching medical students from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville * Training OB/GYN residents within the Prisma Health OBGYN Residency Program * Supervising a large interdisciplinary team of midwives, nurse practitioners, fellows, and residents while caring for an underserved population The division embraces a scholarly, evidence-based approach to care, with robust research opportunities available across clinical, educational, and outcomes-based domains. Prisma Health is an affiliate site of the MFMU Network through UNC-Chapel Hill.
