Licensed Insurance Agent — Hybrid Role with Flexible Work

Yardi is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to assist residents with policy questions and new purchases. You will handle high-volume inbound calls, present coverage options, and guide clients through decisions with clear, compliant communication. Responsibilities include selling policies via the ResidentShield platform, answering questions by phone/email/chat, and delivering outstanding customer service to policyholders.
