What You’ll Do Talk with business owners and decision‑makers (B2B conversations) Collect info and submit applications to quote properly Quote, follow up, and help coordinate coverage to bind/issue policies Meet clients / coordinate locally as needed (Ohio‑based) Build your underwriting/coverage knowledge as you go Track everything in our CRM (leads → quotes → bound policies) What You’ll Sell Commercial Property (Fire) Commercial Auto Pay & Incentives (W‑2) Base pay $15.00/hour Plus commissions — Earn another $1000 just for hitting your goal (commissions are uncapped) Target ~5 bound commercial policies per month Requirements Must be able to acquire and maintain an Ohio Property & Casualty (P&C) license Strong communication and confidence speaking with business owners Reliable follow‑up skills and good time management Recent college grads starting in B2B sales Anyone coachable who wants performance‑based growth Any sales/customer service experience (school clubs count) Reliable transportation (if in‑person) Flexible work from home options available.
