This position combines new business development, sales, and ongoing account management. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new small business opportunities. Build relationships with local business owners and referral partners. Conduct business insurance needs assessments and identify coverage opportunities. Generate quotes, present solutions, and close new business. Cross-sell additional products and services when appropriate. Follow up consistently with prospects, leads, and existing business clients. Conduct account reviews to support retention and identify additional needs. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate client documentation. Participate in networking and business development activities. Meet established activity, production, retention, and sales goals. Qualifications Strong sales, prospecting, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Comfortable developing new relationships and generating business. Insurance or B2B sales experience preferred. Required insurance licensing must be obtained and maintained.
