Be part of an extraordinary life!Bellingham at West Chester is recruiting for a hospitality focused Medication Technician to join our team!Starting Salary: $22.00/hourSchedule: Part Time 11pm - 7am shiftPerks of Working at Bellingham at West Chester:401k plan with employer matchDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffDaily PayEmployee Assistance ProgramHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Medication Technician:Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.Gives treatments, performs tests, carry-out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated.Transfers, transports, and escorts residents as needed.Answers signal lights promptly.Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.Safely prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical, and suppository drugs.Checks and prepares each dose immediately preceding administration.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:Successful completion of the State approved Medicine Aide Course, and when applicable, the continuing education course.Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
