Job Responsibilities 

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone 
• Answer basic questions about insurance policies 
• Accept payments and process transactions 
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations 
• Take vehicle photos and assist with inspections 
• Help keep the office clean and organized 
• Assist with marketing and customer outreach when needed 
• Provide excellent customer service at all times 
• Other duties as assigned

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn 
• Good communication and people skills 
• Basic computer knowledge 
• Reliable transportation 
• Flexible schedule 
• Ability to squat, bend, and move around while taking vehicle photos 

Requirements 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• College students welcome! 
• No experience required 
• Must be able to pass state licensing requirements (we can guide you through the process)
