You’ll have the opportunity to help grow a strategically important practice area, collaborate with corporate and securities colleagues, and work across industries and deal types. Job Details Requirements: Deep experience with private placements and capital raising, including drafting/negotiating PPMs, subscription documents, and investor disclosure materials. Structuring private and (where applicable) public raises. Advising on securities compliance considerations and risk disclosures. Ability to independently manage transactions, timelines, and client relationships. Strong drafting and issue-spotting skills with a practical business mindset. Jurisdictional bar flexibility depending on office; must be licensed and in good standing. Small portable book welcome, not required.
