Ready to make your mark in the world of asset management? Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2027, offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build connections that will last a lifetime. As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives. As an ETF Product Development Intern, you’ll play an active role in driving the growth of Invesco’s ETF business. You’ll work closely with the ETF Product Strategy & Research teams, applying your analytical skills to tackle real-world challenges and advance key strategic priorities for ETFs and other innovative investment products. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional exposure, and you’ll collaborate with multiple businesses, learn how ETFs shape the future of investing, and contribute to projects that make a tangible impact. Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis.

Competitive Insights:

Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends.

Sales Support:

Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries.

Reporting & Trend Analysis:

Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders.

Collaboration with Index Providers:

Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.

Project Variety:

Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.

Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and a Junior graduating by summer of 2028

Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale

Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Must be able to work in Invesco’s New York office

Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)
