Customer Service Coordinator

Motivated and self-directed individuals will find a full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator opportunity focused on scheduling appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders and assisting homeowners with photo submissions through a self-survey product. Key responsibilities Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain appraisal requirements and build trust Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, including technical support for the photo-capture app Maintain up-to-date work order statuses and communicate any unusual situations to management Required qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong technological proficiency Demonstrated high emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities Ability to organize, prioritize work, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness in addressing technical difficulties Effective at responding to inquiries from managers, underwriters, agents, and policyholders
