Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification
- Experience teaching middle and/or high school students in a special education setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Dedicated to supporting diverse learners and utilizing a variety of instructional strategies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Deliver differentiated instruction and interventions in both small group and individual settings
- Maintain meticulous records of student progress and modify approaches as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and planning sessions
- Foster a supportive, positive, and safe classroom environment that motivates all learners
