Customer Service Specialist (Contract to Hire) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join a growing team within the industrial compliance and regulated materials sector in Lake Forest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in managing communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring service requests are executed accurately and on time.
