Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and will help create a welcoming, efficient, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and able to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression at check-in and throughout their stay.
• Process guest arrivals and departures accurately and efficiently.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and room status.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
• Assist with telephone inquiries, messages, and other front desk communications.
• Follow established procedures for cash handling, billing, and security.
• Support a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Deliver service that reflects high standards of hospitality and brand consistency.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using property management systems or similar software.
• Ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
