Job Description

At BoConcept Miami & South Florida, we're looking for full time professionals who understand and have a passion for interior design. Candidate profile: The ideal candidate will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships. Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude. All Sales/Design Consultants are trained to use our 3-D design software to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience (furniture or home dcor experience is a plus)
• College degree (BA in Design is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must be able to work on the weekends
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn
• Passion for people and retail
• Strong communication skills

• Greet and assist our customers in selecting home furnishings
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business
• Ensure the successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center
• Help customer make selections by building customer confidence
• Become an expert in our products, tools and concepts kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
