School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Annapolis, Maryland

Currently, this is a pipeline opportunitythe district aims to move forward with contracting by the end of this month (7/31). While immediate hiring decisions are on hold as the district explores direct hire options, qualified candidates will be interviewed and considered for upcoming contract needs. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Demonstrated experience as an SLP within school settings In-depth knowledge of IEP development, student progress monitoring, and compliance Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and teams Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnose speech and language disorders in K-12 students Design and deliver individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student growth and success Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, aligned with each students goals Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Compensation for this position ranges from $30.22 to $60.22.
