Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Our office is located in North Raleigh. Our office is open 9-5:30 Mon-Fri. I have been a State Farm agent since 1988. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of East Carolina University. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
