You have a strong aspiration for growing your career.In Technology Strategy you will:Serve as trusted advisor to the C-suite defining strategy at the intersection of both technology and business​, including how AI is reshaping sources of competitive advantage and enterprise valueArticulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise​Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share, including identifying where AI can create differentiated products, experiences, operations and business modelsIdentify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current technology footprintDrive strategic opportunities which incorporate innovative technology solutions into broader business transformationsDevelop operating models and business cases leveraging disruptive technologies, including AI, to unlock new sources of growth, productivity, and enterprise value.Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market-relevant technology strategyUse AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, modeling, scenario analysis, and the development of strategic insightsApply critical judgment, domain expertise, and rigorous validation to AI-assisted analysis, recognizing limitations, challenging assumptions, and determining when outputs are useful for technology strategyAs a Manager you will:Manage a single project or major workstream, including workstreams that redesign how work gets done across hum and AI agent teams, driving overall team deliverables while supervising and mentoring team membersBuild strong relationships with senior clients that go beyond the workplace, including beginning to develop C-suite relationships; drive a spirit of collaboration and teaming with client while serving as a true trusted advisorDrive +1 thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts on how agentic AI is changing operating models, workforce design, and where human judgement and oversight need to sit, with targeted input from more senior resources; identify and advance ideas for new opportunities Support Business Development, building understanding of how to architect and position proposals and SOWs that reflect AI-enabled solutions and practical tradeoffs of agent autonomy (speed and scale vs. control and risk retained)Facilitate to drive results and gain consensus for action; able to address difficult client conversations and engage senior client stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomesHere’s What You Need:Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience including the following:Operating model strategy, technology in M&A, tech value cost take-out, or technology driven revenue growth strategy, or strategy involving AI and emerging technology-enabled transformationWriting business casesLeading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and rapidly developing technology strategy recommendationsMinimum 1 year of Strategy consulting experience at a consulting firmBachelor’s degreeBonus Points if:You have a strong understanding of a specific industry, client or technology and function as expert to advise senior leadership.You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.You perform as a long-term trusted advisor on how technology is influencing a specific industry, and their implications to business strategy to capture market shareYou can lead projects that deliver world-class business technology solutions and make sure clients are positioned for long term success creating practical roadmaps.You can manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals.You have managed end-to-end projects and have reported and escalated to top levels.You can create expert content and take part in professional forums.You have shown critical thinking, ability to question decisions and provide creative solutions.You build trusted relationships with senior leaders at client organizations.You can mentor members of the team, guide them and groom them for more responsibility.You have advanced presentation and public speaking skills (C-level).You can provide junior team members with an integrated perspective of the client and project.You demonstrate fluency in using AI to augment strategy work while applying strong independent judgment.You understand the strategic considerations required to scale AI responsibly in an enterprise and the need for human oversight. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
