We are hiring an MRI Technologist to join its High-Risk Breast Imaging team in Rochester, NY. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality MRI services to high-risk and newly diagnosed patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform breast MRI procedures and ensure patient safety
- Review patient history and MRI screening forms
- Start IVs and assist with patient positioning
- Assist radiologists with MRI-guided biopsy procedures
- Complete accurate patient documentation
- Verify implanted devices for MRI compatibility
- Troubleshoot basic MRI technology issues
- Provide excellent patient care in a high-volume setting
Requirements:
- Current NY state licensing/registration
- CPR certification
- MRI Technologist experience
- Breast MRI experience preferred but not required – training available
- Injection certification preferred; training available
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
