- Minimum 3 years experience in cement manufacturing or related industry
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Technical Field/Mechanical/Electrical field of study preferred
- Ensure all subordinates are working and promoting safety at all times
- Oversees consistent production of all cement, clinker and raw mix within established quality guidelines
- Monitors all plant process systems and related auxiliary equipment from a central location
- Provides field supervision, maintains good labor relations, develops subordinates
- Optimizes equipment utilization in cooperation with the process and maintenance departments
