Independent Contractor - Warehouse & Logistics

Buffalo Grove, IL

Job Descriptions:

Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Support resolution of Health Canada and customs-related issues
Inspect and verify incoming shipments
Perform basic inspection and functionality checks
Escalate complex technical issues
Maintain ERP updates for inventory and shipments
Reconcile shipment reports
Support inventory planning and reconciliation
Maintain traceability records
Manage spare parts inventory
Perform packaging, crating, and shipping preparation
Support CSA certifications
Maintain compliance with Health Canada requirements

Job Requirements:

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in warehouse/logistics environments required.
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
System proficiency
Microsoft Office proficiency
ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
Salesforce is an asset
Strong organizational skills
