Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar classroom support role strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with children in grades K-8, adapting approaches to meet individual student needs
• Strong communication skills with students, teachers, and school staff
• Ability to assist in academic, social, and behavioral guidance
• Professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to enriching student development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver instructional activities and reinforce lesson plans
• Offer individualized attention and encouragement to students who benefit from extra support
• Assist with classroom management, organization, and transitions
• Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
