Co-Dough is a high-volume bakery known for exceptional products, hospitality, and an unforgettable customer experience. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead our growing team.

Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for managing all daily store operations while ensuring the highest standards of customer service, employee performance, and operational execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong presence on the floor and a commitment to creating a positive, efficient, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard employees
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
• Establish clear expectations and hold employees accountable
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment
• Ensure products are presented according to company standards
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

Daily Operations

• Oversee all opening and closing procedures
• Ensure all departments are fully staffed and prepared for service
• Monitor daily operations and address issues in real time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed consistently

Performance & Accountability

• Monitor labor and productivity
• Track employee performance and attendance
• Ensure responsibilities are clearly communicated and completed
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in a restaurant, bakery, or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
• A passion for hospitality and customer service

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience.
