This is a hands-on operational leadership role designed for someone who can step in, lead people well, drive strong results, and grow into greater responsibility over time. This opportunity is ideal for a proven Front of House or Back of House leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build high-performing teams, and wants to be part of a growing operation. We are looking for someone who can strengthen day-to-day execution now while preparing to help lead future growth opportunities, including increased operational complexity and expansion of the catering business. You will work directly with an Owner/Operator, lead from the front, and receive world-class support and development through Chick-fil-A.
