Dam Operations ManagerEnsures safe, reliable operation of assigned dam and water infrastructure through daily monitoring, maintenance, and preventive actions.Develops long- and short-term maintenance plans and coordinates work with Powerplant and Water Operations staff.Serves as a Contracting Officer Representative, developing statements of work, ensuring alignment with project requirements, and resolving issues independently.Reviews completed work, integrates inspections recommendations, and coordinates completion of recommendations. Tracks and reports recommendations to Region Dam safety.Manages personnel, resources, and budgets to support effective maintenance of gates, valves, and related systems.
