Human Resources Coordinator

Noble 33 is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This onsite role in Plano, TX helps keep hiring and workforce processes moving by coordinating onboarding and offboarding, supporting employee leaves and ADA accommodations, and ensuring HR and payroll data accuracy.

In this position, you will partner with HR Generalists, restaurant management, and Payroll to maintain compliance workflows (including Form I-9) and support benefits administration across new hires and ongoing employee status changes. The coordinator will also monitor HR communications, track key documentation, and assist with training completion and policy acknowledgments.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate corporate onboarding and offboarding for employees, including paperwork, system access requests, and employee communications.
• Support restaurant management with onboarding and offboarding activities for employees in their venues.
• Assist HR Generalists with employee leave administration, including FMLA, state-mandated leaves, and company leave programs.
• Support the ADA interactive process by tracking requests, documentation, and accommodations under guidance from HR leadership.
• Monitor the HR email inbox, provide general HR support, and elevate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Review payroll and HR data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and partner with Payroll and HR Generalists to resolve issues.
• Track, monitor, and support Form I-9 compliance, including guidance to restaurant managers, managing reverifications and retention requirements, and assisting with internal audits and corrective actions.
• Assist with tracking required compliance documentation and acknowledgments.
• Support benefits administration by reviewing and correcting benefits eligibility classes for new hires and employee status changes, approving enrollments, assisting with QLEs, open enrollment, and COBRA administration.
• Assist with benefits compliance including open enrollment and Affordable Care Act (ACA) tracking and reporting.
• Help maintain job descriptions, organizational data, and position records.
• Assist with tracking training completion, policy acknowledgments, and other compliance-related requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, payroll support, or a similar function.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on details, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Multi-company and/or multi-brand experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, including maintaining employee data, processing transactions, and ensuring data accuracy; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of employee data with a high degree of accuracy.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Resourceful approach with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits systems preferred.
• Hospitality or multi-location experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
