Lead Associate, Commercial

Responsibilities Every day, you visit commercial businesses across Philadelphia – office buildings, medical facilities, retail centers, restaurants – and start conversations with the people who run them. Your job is simple: figure out if they use a cleaning company, see if they're happy, and pass the good leads to our sales team. You’ll spend most of your day out in the field visiting businesses and meeting people. You're not alone. You work closely with an Inside Sales rep who takes the leads you find and turns them into appointments. Requirements Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations with strangers Competitive – you like having goals and hitting them Organized – you can manage your own schedule and stay on top of follow-ups Coachable – you take feedback and apply it Comfortable with technology (you’ll use apps to log activity and track leads) Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (you’ll be driving around the territory) Bonus points: Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or any job where you had to meet goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
